Account verification and login restrictions

On your first login after account creation, fuji may require you to verify your email address or phone number. You will receive a one-time code via email or SMS; enter this code on the verification screen to complete the process. If you do not receive the code within a few minutes, request a new code or contact our support team. Until verification is complete, some account features may be restricted.

Recovering a forgotten password on fuji

Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login form. Enter the email address or username associated with your fuji account. We will send a password reset link to your registered email. Open that link in your browser, enter a new password, and confirm it. Your new password takes effect immediately; you can then log in using your username or email and the new password. Do not share your password reset link with anyone.

Managing login sessions across devices

Your fuji account can be accessed from multiple devices simultaneously. Each login session is independent; logging in on a new device does not automatically log you out on other devices. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, change your password and review your login activity in your account settings. You can terminate individual sessions manually from your security dashboard.
